How Certifylize Works

Certifylize connects documents, audit data and certificates to an immutable blockchain anchor. Here’s how the process works in five simple steps.

1. Create document

Create a certificate or audit document in your dashboard or via API. Add metadata like inspector, version and validity period.

2. Generate hash

Certifylize automatically generates a cryptographic hash (SHA256) – a unique digital fingerprint of the document.

3. Anchor on blockchain

The hash is anchored on the Polygon blockchain, timestamped and signed — immutable and verifiable forever.

4. QR code & API link

Each certificate receives a unique QR code and verification link – ideal for packaging, labels, or digital PDFs.

5. Verification & trust

Customers, authorities, and partners can verify authenticity in real time. The blockchain record proves integrity.

Transparent. Secure. Verifiable.

Certifylize makes every certificate tamper-proof and publicly verifiable — perfect for audits, quality management and compliance.
